Hi EMS admins
I wonder if anyone noticed if FortiClient could detect the latest critical vulnerabilities that affect driver and firmware of Dell laptops with Broadcom BCM5820X series chips, I mean all of these vulnerabilities:
CVE-2025-24311, CVE-2025-25215, CVE-2025-24922, CVE-2025-25050, and CVE-2025-24919.
More information here:

If your FortiClient has detected them (or not), then your feedback would be appreciated.

Hi AEK,
You can do a quick search of the CVE in fortiguard.com. If the CVE is covered, it will returns a page with the info. I did a quick search but there is no result, meaning FCT will not detect any of these.
Hello Adbledkrim,
I hope you are doing well.

Thanks,
Thanks Anthony!
Hope you are doing fine too.
The main idea is that these are firmware related vulnerabilities, and I'm not sure if FCT can detect this kind of vulnerabilities or it can only detect software related vulnerabilities.

Hi Bon
Thanks for your feedback.
Oh I thought this tool was just specific to Fortinet products, but I was wrong.
Thanks again for the valuable hint.
