Large File Transfers

I have a client that is trying to use x drive to transfer files. Each time, the upload gets to about 13-14 MB and quits. I' ve never had this type of problem before and couldn' t find much info in the KB. I' ve located the place where you tell the fortinet pass or block file sizes. http and https are both set to pass 10 MB. I assume this means that it will pass files up to 10 MB. If this is the setting, how do i turn it off? the client needs to be able to transfer files as large as 150 MB. Thanks for the help.

the 10MB setting means it will not scan anything over that size, and is limited by the fortinets memory. Under the protection profile though, there is an ' oversize' options, which if if set will block files that cannot be scanned (ie 10MB). So check the protection profile settings. If it isnt that, try temporarily removing the protection profile from the outbound rule to see if this is the problem, or its something else. if the scanning is breaking it, then suggest you create a rule at the top allowing it to pass to xdrive only without scanning.
