LOAD BALANCE only works statically and not in the least session method

Our client is trying to use virtual servers in LOAD BALANCE with the least session method, the client was configured in HTTPS mode with CERTIFICATE, he changed the configuration to TCP and since then LOAD BALANCE only works in static mode.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me assist the customer, what tests should be performed?

Please check if you have configured any probe for http and try to remove the probe from virtual server config and test.
