I would just like to note, 'FortiFirewall-VM64-KVM' is different than a regular FortiGate VM.
The licenses are not compatible with each other. I have seen cases in the past where the wrong firmware is downloaded and we see the same behavior you are experiencing.

Hello

License expiration date looks good.

Sometimes you need to wait few minutes until it is fully synced with the licensing server.

Make sure your firewall has the required access to FortiGuard.

Hi @aidnet,

Please make sure the VM has Internet connectivity and is able to reach FortiGuard servers. You can also run the following commands to verify the license:

# diagnose debug vm-print-license

# diagnose hardware sysinfo vm full
