LDAP authentication with uid

Dear all, I want to use LDAP authentication for my VPN. I want the users login with UID, not used the user name The Distinguished Name as below : cn=Users,dc=cip,dc=bcompany,dc=com,dc=sg How can I do ? if I want the login with UID ? thanks

Change " Common Name Identifier" field " cn" to ' sAMAccountname"
