LDAP Authentication cache

Dear users,

fortigate stores a cache for user authentication through ldap ?. Some users change their domain password but it does not automatically reflected when authenticated via SSL VPN.

are you sure this is the case? can't it be you have multiple LDAP servers and it is the replication between them that takes time?
