Java applet error

Hi everyone,

As the below error java applet not startup because fortigate firewall prevent it 

Fortios 7.6.2

Added web server to whitelist but still the error 

I tried from ISP direct work fine 

Could anyone help me

Hi Mahmoud

Check in the firewall traffic log if any traffic has been blocked. Enable "all" traffic logs in the related rules and in implicit deny rule if it is not already done.
