JOIN TO GROUP

I have to create a static join to group multicast on my firewall PIM dense enabled,  independently from the  join to group requests coming from the user interface . Which instruction do I have to use ? do you believe that creating static join to multicast groups inside the firewall  interfaces can produce PIM management packets to the remote PIM enabled nodes?
