Issues with EMS Server

Made the mistake of in-place upgrading my EMS server to Windows Server 2022

This seemed to remove my license file and the hardware ID disappeared so Forti support tell me I must have installed a trial.

Thought I'd be clever and uninstall EMS and reinstall to hopefully generate a new ID to get my license file sorted out, but I cannot get the installer to work, rolls itself back on the SQL Server 2017 step.

Has anyone else encountered this or similar? Any steps to fix?
