Issues Forticlient Installation: This installation is forbidden bye system policy.

Hi Everybody.

well, I had version 6.2.8 of forticlient installed on my windows 10 operating system, as we proceeded to upgrade the version to 6.4.1 to activate the VPN featuring, but when I download the 6.4.1 installer and proceed to install it throws me the attached message.

Any suggestions, I have tried a few things but none of them work from using an application to remove the corrupted applications to deleting the records in the regedit.
