Issue with the SNMP Service
Hi all,
Last week, the iOS of my Fortigate 60B got corrupted.
I had to format the flash and put the config back on the device.
Since I restarted the Fortigate, my monitoring system notified me that he got a request timeout all snmp request.
I beginned to debug it but I didn't found any clue.
When I run "get sys perf top", I got:
Run Time: 5 days, 23 hours and 31 minutes 0U, 2S, 98I; 248T, 90F, 70KF newcli 553 R 0.9 6.3 ipsengine 52 S < 0.0 13.5 httpsd 75 S 0.0 9.8 httpsd 90 S 0.0 9.0 cmdbsvr 25 S 0.0 8.3 httpsd 33 S 0.0 7.1 newcli 552 S 0.0 6.3 fgfmd 74 S 0.0 6.1 miglogd 31 S 0.0 6.0 cw_acd 77 S 0.0 5.4 scanunitd 82 S < 0.0 5.3 scanunitd 81 S < 0.0 5.3 scanunitd 40 S < 0.0 5.3 updated 62 S 0.0 5.2 fdsmgmtd 63 S 0.0 5.1 iked 61 S 0.0 5.1 authd 57 S 0.0 5.0 sshd 551 S 0.0 4.9 urlfilter 56 S 0.0 4.9 forticron 54 S 0.0 4.9
It looks like the SNMP service isnt running.
How can I restart it ?
Thanks in advance for your answer!
