Question: How do you solve this to get the user connected?

Is it SSL VPN or IPsec?

If it is SSL VPN, what do you get when you enter in your browser https://VPN-gateway-IP:port

The error states that the issue is with connectivity.

Here the endpoint (PC) cannot reach FortiGate to create a connection.

- First of all, check the SSL-VPN to remove the IP and port that were being configured. If the endpoint is configured with FQDN, then check that the endpoint can resolved to IP address. 

- Check on FortiGate, is there any restriction based on Geolocation or through local-in-policy?

- Check firewall policy to ensure at least one policy with Incoming Interface as SSL VPN tunnel interface (ssl.root).

Same issue here indeed. Sometimes not connecting, or after 5 or 6 times…. Running Windows 10 and 11. Tried version 7.0 7.2 and also 7.4. But same issue occurs random…

At this moment again a support ticket open… but im guessing not much Will come out! So if someone has a solution …. https://xender.vip/
