I have 2 Surface Pro 4 1TB which have been encountering blue screen daily - partmgr.sys. After uploading the DMP to MS site, I was advised that Forticlient is causing it and after uninstallation blue screen did not appear anymore so I am sure Forticlient is the cause.
For your information, this blue screen only occurred for the 1TB version, I have others Surface Pro 4 which is working fine.
I am experiencing the same issue on my Surface Pro 1TB. Uninstalled the FortiClient and no more BSOD. I noticed the BSOD occurs when the client is trying to do a Scheduled Scan. Tried to run a manual scan and the received the BSOD as well.
