Hello Fortinet Experts, I have an issue with deploying Fortiap model 431F to the Fortiedge cloud.
The Access point was connected to the FortiGate WLC , what I did I accessed the AP through SSH, factory reset the AP then accessed the AP through HTTPS ,selected the WTP configuration, and put the email and password of the fortiedge cloud and it's the same email that the APs are registered with.
I checked Fortiedge cloud and I see no access points there and when I try to deploy AP and put the Forticloud key, nothing happens.
Any tips regarding this issue?

I believe the FortiAP can only be managed by one device, so either by the FortiGate or by FortiEdge Cloud.
