I need to know is there any bug search tool available where we can search hte bugs and find the details, ideally I need to check the issues or security advisories related to my current FW OS. So is there any way I can do it ?

you could check the relase note of your FortiOS version. It lists the fixed and known issuses in this release.

if you are a partner then you can access a partial bug tracker on the support website, but on the whole it doesn't offer much more than the release notes.
