Is it possible to connect to remote FortiGate from your FortiGate as a client

Is it possible to connect to remote FortiGate from your FortiGate as a client or without having static public IP on your FortiGate?

NB I am obviously not trying to answer the OP, but Google comes up with this post so I want it to be answered :)

you can even do S2S IPsec using some dyndns. FortiGates include the FortiDDNS Servie for this and you can always set a tunnel to have a FQDN as remote gw in fortios.
