Is it possible for the sandbox to make its own AV signatures?

Is there a method in which the FortiSandbox can generate an AV signature based on a malicious file that it has identified?  Are we expected to wait for FortiGuard to produce an AV signature based on the file or can the Sandbox itself create AV definitions?

If anyone has experience with this please explain how you have the fortigate and fortisandbox configured.

Fortisandbox collect information about the file and sent to Fortiguard create the signature... And "your" signature will be deployed to all Fortigates in the world with AV enabled.
