Intune: App configuration policy for Forticlient on iOS

Hello, based on the doc: Configuring Microsoft Intune integration | FortiClient 7.0.0 (fortinet.com) I have successfully configured the EMS. However, when the user opens the forticlient, he has to accept the EULA and allow the VPN configuration to be added on the device. Is there any way to automate these two steps so that the end user doesn't have to do it with an Intune app configuration policy?

Hello I am trying to get this to work for my environment. Configured everything like they asked but the and on Intune it says successfully applied the app config to the app on the device, but when I go to he app it as nothing inputted. Any ideas on this. Thanks
