Internet is not working on google chrome after VPN SSL | MAC user

I am using fortinet firewall on AWS & also I have configured SSL vpn. I am facing an issue with the MAC user they are not able to use interenet after VPN. safari is working but google chrome is not working. 

 

I have check in the wireshark as well traffic is not hitting from google chrome after VPN connectes but same worting in safari.

I have unisatll forticlient & reinstall as well but nothing helps.

 

Please help

Based on your short description it seems like there is a Web proxy configured in Google Chrome browser.

Or maybe a DNS problem on Chrome?

how to resolve this ?

Try open a site with its IP address and see if it works.

If it works on safari but not Chrome, We need to isolate the web browser issue(check with edge once).

Check if any tls issue with the browser.

Check the developer tool logs and check whether the IP and domain are getting resolved.

Thanks for your reply. I have dowload firefix & internet is working there in safri also i am able to open some site expect gmail. but when I am trying to reach any site via chrome no traffic is going out I have checked through wireshark. not understand what would be the issue. and also same time when i am trying to ping google.com or any domain with thier fqdn i am getting reply with there ip  & fqdn as well.
