Internet Stop working for a few min for particular user

Hello , 

i am facing problem that we have user daily complain to me he cannot access internet for a few mins then internet working automatically, this issue daily frequently .

i have ran diag command i will post result to help me how to resolve this issue

hi,

from the log there's nothing unusual to see - client opens a HTTPS session (several) and receives replies. Nothing denied.

The only traffic denied is a NETBIOS NS call (port 139) which is then repeated via DNS (udp/53) because it's blocked by the firewall. Might this introduce a delay at the beginning of a surf session?

Anyway, no indication that communication was interrupted for minutes as far as I can see.
