Internet Service Database mapping

I'm wondering if a list exists mapping the Internet Services list to actual services hosted by various providers?

We have a need for a server to reach Google Drive, but don't want to open up the entire Google universe to it. I added a policy allowing access to Google Cloud, but it appears they still cannot reach Google Drive.
