To knowledge from all, there is a bug with the Fortgiate 600C which causes problems in auto-negotiation of the interface speed.

For what it's worth, our company manages some 60-80 remote sites in rural areas (mostly sat or terrestrial fiber connections) with about 40-50 fgt devices deployed in about half of those sites -- we found auto-negotiation doesn't works even 80% of the time with the sat/radio/switch (mostly 2960s) equipment we are connecting the fgts too.  The general rule of thumb we have been following is to ether force the duplex/speed on both sides of the WAN connection or just set one side to auto-negotiation and force the other side.
