Installing FortiClient silently on multiple PCs

Hello

We have 200 pc and we must install the last version of FortiClient.

I can install the program but i can't to configure it.

I would like to install forticlient with IP etc ready for use....so the users must insert only credentials.

Hi Mario

Then you should be able to do it with GPO.

Hi thanks for reply

My problem is not installation but the configuration.

I can with lansweeper disinstall the old version of forticlient and then install the new but

the configuration like IP address etc i can't do it from remote.

With the last version of forticlient, the user can't configure alone because the program asks an administrative credentials.

Thanks

Hi

You should be able to do so by pushing the configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\Fortinet\FortiClient\settings.xml

In case you use FortiClient VPN then the info seems stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Fortinet\FortiClient

There are some encrypted values so I don't know if pushing these values will work or not.

Keep us informed if you try it.
