Installed new 60E at home, Cisco Anyconnect to my wife's job has problems

I installed the 60E.  She VPNs to work from home.   Her Cisco Anyconnect 3.1 was working first day.  Now gets two errors web authentication and The service provider in your current location is restricting access to the Internet.   I checked the solutions online for them.  Her client does not have the settings to change.   Other problem is she uses wired and wireless on her laptop.   So two IPs for Cisco to contend with.  It states it is a captive portal in the google search.   Her laptop can get to the internet fine.  It can get to the 2factor page to get her credentials.   Just a flaky Cisco error.

The problem was on her work end.  They gave her another site to use that works.
