Receiving a copy error when installing a policy package

 

Copy device global objects

validation error on firewall policy 11, by dynamic interface check

Vdom copy failed:
error 42 - entry not exist. detail: Dynamic interface "Guest_Wifi_VLAN" mapping undefined for device 0041-60F

Copy objects for vdom root
"firewall ssl-ssh-profile", "certificate-inspection", id=8974, SKIP - (null)
"dynamic interface", "Guest_Wifi_VLAN", id=10123, INVALID MAPPING -  (null)

As the error 42 says, you don't have value/mapping for the normalized interface "Guest_Wifi_VLAN" for this device "0041-60F".

This error here tells me that this specific object, "Guest_Wifi_VLAN", does not already exist on the Fortigate that you are trying to push the policy to. To fix this, you will have to create this object first on the Fortigate before pushing from FortiManager.
