Install Optional Windows VM package

Hello,

We have FortiSandbox device 500F and planning to install VM images Windows 10 with Microsoft Office installed, WIN10X64VMO16.

Here is the existing VM

The existing license key already consume for WIN7X64SPSP1O16Z, no available key for the activation to the new VM.

My question is, Can we disable the existing/default VM which is WIN7X64SPSP1O16Z?

because we need Windows license key for new VM WIN10X64VMO16.

Thank You.

Hello,

I have found this documentation:

https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortisandbox/4.2.3/administration-guide/782779/vm-settings

Could you please tell me if it helps?

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for respond in this post.

I have read the documentation you have share, the FortiSandbox we have just have 2 license keys and its already consumed for existing VM7.

From documentation:

From the documentation I can't reused the license key that already install in VM 7, so I need to purchased new license key for new VM 10.

I thought I can disable the existing VM which is WIN7 and reuse the license key it's to VM 10.

Correct me if i'm wrong,  thank you.
