Inbound Load Balance

On Ascenlink, to enable multihoming and did inbound load balance (DNS basead), I need did Virtual Servers?

In DNS side, I just need forward "A" records as NS to Ascenlink IP?

Yes,

A record map Your Ascenlink WAN LocalHost secondary ip,

and Virtual Server mapping This IP to Your Real SERVER IP.
