Inaccurate SNMP data

Good Morning I have a cluster of 2 Fortigate 300C' s running v4.0,build0521,120313. We use VLAN' s to segregate some interfaces. Cacti' s monitoring the bandwidth usage on the interfaces and it appears the VLAN interfaces are reporting incorrect. For example, lets say I have VLAN1500 on Port2 and I' m routing ~20Mbps of data through the firewall on VLAN1500, cacti will report ~20Mbps on Port2, but a much lower number on VLAN1500, in this test 500Kbps I' m seeing the same result with the traffic history widget in the GUI. Any ideas? Thanks Matthew
