Thank you Abelio, i tried it and did work, but the problem is if i want to add 500-600 URLs to the list i sould paste 500 times the URLs and type " edit" & " next" & " end" commands for each URL, how should i solve this problem? Brgds, Kamyar

you could write a small bash or perl script to parse these URL and compose the right syntax or follow ukwizard' s advice about internals structure of these filters

Create a text file listing the urls, in the syntax like below. If you just have a flat file of urls, then use excel to format it correctly. Then use the restore option in the backup/restore URL list option NOTE: restoring will remove whats in there, so make sure you export these into the new file. banned1.com::01000000:: banned2.co.uk::01000000:: banned3.net::01000000:: banned4.org::01000000::

Thought it was the same, but abelio is right, how rubbish is that ... my god. Just another reason why i refuse to go to v3 at this early stage. Also, it can only handle 5000 URL entries ...... So as abelio said, you would have to create an text file with all the entries in the format; config webfilter urlfilter edit " testtest.com" set action block next edit " testtestest.com" set action block next end
