Idenfify the object-path of items in respect of diag sys cmdb refcnt show

In respect of this very useful looking KB article

Verifying FortiGate configuration object references and dependencies  

How do I establish what the <object path> is for elements of interest?

For example physical interfaces lan and wan on my 40F?
