Iam getting an error while connecting to VPN

• Can you ping the remote IP?
• Can you also try "telnet remote-IP:port"?

able to ping but telnet is not working

It means the remote VPN service is probably down or disabled. Try contact the VPN administrator.

I have changed the port from 10443 to 443 for SSL_VPN, on 10443 its not working
