IPsec VPN between fortigate (static ip) and TP-Link (no static ip)

Dears
i need your support with this case, i have two routers fortigate fg100 with static ip and the other one tp-link 4G sim card with dynamic ip ,so i need to create vpn connection between the two routers and the tp-link router support ipsec vpn.

 

please advise.

Hello @ahmadmasalmeh ,

 

You might need to perform the dialup configuration on FortiGate so that it acts as a responder and the TP-Link router as the initiator. In this config, FortiGate will be listening for IKE negotiations from any device that has the desired config, like your TP-link router. I would suggest you go through the below documentation for this configuration and respond over here if something doesn't make sense. Good luck!
