Hello, this problem ended up being resolved by chance. I'm not sure if I had any impact, but I essentially clicked on fortitray.exe, shut down the app, and reopened it, and it began to function smoothly. I also try it daily and it functions. It is only when I turn it on that the internet speed significantly decreases
Hello
Probably a display bug. FortiClient may have detected that the VPN connection is up. Can check if it is actually up? Just by checking your routing table, and check with ipconfig if a tunnel interface is up, or by pinging the remote site.
Hi, unfortunately i think its not a display bug. It stays there and trying to connect for ever.
i did ping the remote server through cmd commands and it wasnt responding.
Is it persistent across reboot?
Yes, its still ersistent. The user is using a hotspot from his phone, I don't know if that plays a role. I searched here and I couldn't find the same problem anywhere here.
ill test different versions.
