IPsec VPN Connection Failure

Hello, I'm new at this. I worked with a company connecting through an IPsec VPN, I could connect for a little over a month. But now I see the error that shows the image. According to what I can understand in that message is that the user or the shared key are wrong. my question is Can it be some other error? Can I prove it to the Fortinet administrator?

I reside in a country other than the company.

I hope you can guide me,

regards

I'd say the admin could debug this easily. You only have to arrange to dial in at a specific time so that the admin can look up the logs.

Depending on the version of FortiClient you can enable debug logging in the Help menu. You could post that here (as text, please).
