IPSec VPN UP, but NO PING Pcs on Lan

Hi, i have 2 Fortigates

Site A.

Fortigate 60C 5.2.5

Lan  10.244.164.0/24

Site B.

Fortigate 60D 5.2.4

Lan 192.168.1.0/24

That i do:

-create addressess

-create routing from tunnel to remote subnet (in both fortigates)

-create custom vpn (same proble if i use wizard)

-create policys from internal to tunnel and tunnel to internal in both fortigates.

VPN is UP,

from pc from site A i can ping fortigate from site B

from pc from site B i can ping fortigate from site A

i cant ping a pc on site A from site B

i cant ping a pc on site B from site A

... i need help.

- the routing table (Router > Monitor)

- the phase2 setups

so that we can have a look at it?
