IPSEC VPN Site-to-Site tunnel not coming UP

Hi All,

I have below setup.

On the LAN of FG I have 2 LAN networks those are:

LAN1: 10.120.120.0/24 & 

LAN2: 10.121.121.0/24

On the LAN of CR I have 2 LAN networks those are:

LAN3: 172.16.16.0/30 & 

LAN4: 10.47.209.0/24

When I initiate tunnel from FG, I see tunnel between networks LAN3 & LAN2 is up. Rest of the tunnels that is between networks LAN3 & LAN1, LAN4 & LAN1, LAN4 & LAN2 are not coming UP.

I have already created Policy for the same and in the VPN Tunnel in Phase 2 I have already created Tunnel between all the networks.

Please help me if some one has answer to this setup?

Could you share your VPN configuration and any log entries shown after trying to bring the tunnels up?
