Here is my setup. I have laptops that connection over a Verizon Cellular Card using IPSEC VPN for the auto-connect, always up, connections. I did enable split tunneling during the VPN setup but I think I may be missing something else.
These laptops sit in docks inside vehicles. Attached to these docks is a local wired network in the vehicle. I understand split-tunneling works on the same NIC the Forticlient is going out on. How do I get this laptop to be able to access the local lan that is attached to the wired NIC instead of the WWAN NIC over Verizon?

I think it doesn't matter if it's on the same outgoing interface or a separate interface. It's probably because blocked in the local config.
