IPS critical alert report by email, only when actual alert is there.

Hi,

We are presently using 2 Nos. of FGT800 in HA mode with FAZ 1000D.

Forti OS on the System is 6.0.3

We eed the following help if some one would be kind enough to help.

1. How to configure IPS  critical alert report by email, only when actual alert is there.( Not Blank Reports i.e, email reposrt only incase of actual critical alert).

2.Blocking of access from Internet from Tor networks.  ( Incoming traffic)

3. What are the advantages of 360 Deg Reports.

Would appreciate if someone could help as we are new to this and are in the process of learning.
