Where can I learn how to Tune the signatures that I have enabled in my Security Profile?

Can this be done via the web gui? Should I be using some different client? Should I be doing this from the FortiManager? Are predefined signatures unable to be modified?

I've been all over the docs, KBs, Forums and seem unable to find anything pointing me in the correct direction.

I'm working with 900D's running 5.2.7. All of the IPS elements that I'm working with are off interfaces configured as one-arm-sniffer ports.
