I need your help. I do have same trouble receiving mail.
We have a fortiAnalyzer and see the following logging:
In the first row we revived mail en the next row the Fortigate denied the connection.
In the next two posts I will add the details from row one and two.
Configuration: We have a VIP (port 25) rule from wan1 to internal vlan servers.
How is this possible?

I found my solution. I was able to make a packet capture and found corrupt packages.
The WAN interface had a bad MTU size.

#config log memory filter #set severity information #end
