A process crash is generally a result of a software issue if CPU/memory usage is in normal condition. I hope this is the first time your system experienced and not repeating. Open a ticket with TAC and get the issue analyzed.

It's not first time and i don't see any messages about lack of memory and hight CPU usage. I did TAC but for this device is no option to install latest firmware (5.2.13 is latest). Maybe do you know workaround for fixing this issue because i'm think that it's software bug.

You need to get a cause narrowed down first. Then TAC might be able to provide a workaround to avoid the cause. We never experienced iked crash throughout our FGTs.
