I would like to ask a question. I currently have a Fortigate 100E device. It was acquired through resale. The original manufacturer’s account information exists, and I have logged out.
However, the warranty period is until August 2025. Can I ask customer service to directly assist in transferring the License Number to my cloud account? Or do I have to find the original registered end user? Thanks
