Yes, define an URL-block with the following regexp: ^.*$ to block access to every site. Define an Url-exempt list with websites you want to permit Define one protection profile including above Content filtering and apply to your firewall policy for internet access.

Hi, we are using fortigate-60 firewall,we are using more than 20 systems,how do i block 15 systems to access the internet except google,and also how do i allow full access to other 5 more systems.if anyone pls send me the reply asap. Thanks prince

You' ll run into a problem in that gmail.com immediately redirects to google.com/mail. If your users can get to only gmail.com, the redirect will fail and they will not be able to even log in to Gmail.
