I need assistance in setting up FortiEMS license

Hello, good evening from here. Please, for days now, I've been struggling to setup the FortiEMS license, and honestly I'm feeling like giving up. I don't know if anyone will be kind enough to assist me through, and I'll greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Hello Ferrari

These are personal information and no one can give you a new login/password except the remote administrator. Usually it is your AD credentials, but it can be other. You should contact your corporate AD admin or security admin so he can provide you with new credentials.

Hello Ferrari

First of all I believe you need to read a bit from FortiClient EMS documentation (quick start, admin guide, and so). Otherwise you will find more and more issues that you can't fix and it will take you several months till you setup the EMS solution.

You can start here.

https://docs.fortinet.com/product/forticlient/7.4

On the other hand it is also possible to contact a local Fortinet partner so they can setup the solution for your company as it should be.

Hello,

IMHO if its to for corporate access then your corporate help desk would have set you up with the credentials. I was told to contact my own corporate help desk, were the people who could assist with that. Sorry for jumping.

Are you an end user or an administrator trying to set up, you should not have to manage certificates an licenses if your an end user. But folks here are very helpful just be clear on the issue and what point of view you are working from,  send pictures, error messages from the steps you take, and be very clear in the problem.

You say it used to work and now the login creds no longer work and now you are seeking new credentials? Corporate help desk is the resource to use for  accessing your corporate assets, networks etc.  You should not have to debug or solve this issue by yourself.  You are among friends:)  This forum may help surface info you could share with your support tech group.
