Hello, good evening from here. Please, for days now, I've been struggling to setup the FortiEMS license, and honestly I'm feeling like giving up. I don't know if anyone will be kind enough to assist me through, and I'll greatly appreciate it. Thanks

If you have a SSL certificate issued and you want to import it, then follow the steps in the link on how to manually upload one.
The password usually is set when the CSR was done with the openssl req command or by whatever method. If you didn't do this, then you should ask the person who generated it.
An example on how it would be done, https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-generate-certificates-using-OpenSSL...

Thanks for your reply. When I try to put the SSL certificate, automatically, it'll not allow me to "import". When I try to submit it manually, it'll ask of password, but I don't how or where to find the password or even how to upload the certificate. Plz don't mind me, I'm new to all

Hello Ferrari
- Are you using FortiClient or FortiClient VPN?
- Is it to connect to your corporate VPN server or to connect to somewhere else?
