I changed my location and forti client doesn't work any more

Hi I've changed my location from Ecuador to UK and now I cant connect the VPN. The alert says  "Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable". I've reinstalled the product but without any result. Some advice please?

Check if the FGT is allowing connections from different countries than Equator.
