are you the one hosting xyz.com website? meaning your FG 40F doing the DNAT?
have you tried to access your xyz.com portal outside of your network without any profiles and review the logs?

got your thought buddy.
1st thing remove any security profiles in your outbound policy and try to access those websites. if you can accessed those websites withount any issues then something might hitting your profiles.
2nd, if using url filter i always used the Exemot action than Allow. pls see below how to work with url filter

thank you for the answer.. your answers are valid but i tried those things the issue is not from in bound it was from the payment gateway side currently its working fine thank you soomuch :D
Clear your browser's cache or try accessing the site in incognito mode. Sometimes, old cache data can cause loading issues.
And also...a white screen usually points to either a connectivity issue or something blocking the site. You might want to check your firewall settings to ensure that the payment gateway isn’t being blocked. Sometimes, specific ports need to be open for things to work smoothly.
I’ve had my share of struggles with payment gateways too. When I started my online store, I faced some hiccups getting everything to connect. I ended up using https://atlos.io/ for crypto payments, and it was really easy to set up. It integrated without issues and saved me a lot of headaches. Maybe looking into similar options could help while you sort out the firewall stuff!
