A week or 2 ago Fortinet merged all different login options (Support/Training/whatever) into a single FortiCloud login. I had to reset password in FortiCloud to access Training, this password now works for training.fortinet.com, support.fortinet.com etc. - have you tried Forgot the password procedure?
