Hello, dears,
I hope this message find you well.
I am trying to rename a FortiAP Profile, which is not the default one. However, there is no button or option.
I also checked the CLI from the profile, but there was no option, at least I could not find one, for renaming the profile.
I would appreciate any help.

Solved! Go to Solution.
I think you have to either clone it (GUI) with a different name or copy the profile into a text editor, change the name, then paste it into the CLI.

Hi Sagvan,
To rename a FortiAP profile, access the FortiGate GUI, navigate to WiFi and Switch Controller -> FortiAP Profiles, select the profile to rename, and edit the profile settings to change its name.
Regards,
Anthony
Hello Anthony_E,
Once a FortiAP has been created, you are unable to rename it.

@Toshi_Esumi
The CLONE (GUI) option works just fine. Although not a direct name change function, but It's a nice workaround.
THANK YOU!
Then, just delete the previous one, which completes "renaming" wtp-profile.
