How to update IPS Engine automatically ?

I already know that we can update IPS Engine manually.

But can we update IPS Engine automatically ? Are there any related document ?

Hello rinvn,

IPS engine will be automatically upgraded only with a firmware upgrade (if the IPS engine upgrade has been included in that particular firmware build). Else, it will be the same as earlier firmware version.

Hi @rinvn ,

IPS engine only can be upgrade manually using:
1.Firmware upgrade

2.Upload to the firewall.

Automatically upgrade the IPS engine is not available as this will impact current production.
